I made a mistake with the medical! Please help

Somehow (I have no idea how) I booked my consulate interview for August 5th and didn't book my medical. I missed the pdf from the consulate that explained that there is only ONE doctor in western canada who is allowed to do the medical exams. And he doesn't have a receptionist, only email (so far no response).

I tried to get approval to get a medical from a USCIS approved civil surgeon in the US (since I am here) but they won't accept that.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a medical appointment in canada? If I need to reschedue my interview how long would it push it back?

Any advice on getting in for a medical on short notice is welcome.

it just goes to an automated message and so far no email back....

It should work out with Dr. Cheema. They're usually ready to work with you and your interview date. It was over a year ago for me, but I contacted them with an interview date only 2 weeks away and they set me up with the medical a few days before.
