Ok I read it. I think there are some truths in the article, but like most very opinionated pieces a lot of it is opinion. You can't deny thing's like the black unemployment numbers, but cause is a different animal. Nits on one side will say, it's because of single parent homes, and large Govt programs that encourage govt dependance, black kids being ridiculed if the apply themselves etc. The other nits will tell you , it's because of Racism and that society thinks more of a white felon than a Black man with an MBA, and that the whole deck in America is stacked against all black people, and that it is the legacy of slavery,

The Nits in the middle will tell you, it's a very complicated issue with many of the points of all the nits having some effect on the issue .
