05/30/14 Nebraska Service Center received my I 485 (family based, spouse) "Our Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case."

6/xx/14 Got my Biometrics done (forgot which day)

8/11/14 Received EAD card

NOTHING AFTER THAT... SINCE MAY 2014!

It's driving me crazy :(

03 March 2017: Received biometrics appointment letter dated 25th February 2017. Appointment on 16 March 2017.

16 March 2017: Biometrics completed

08 March 2018: Case (allegedly) transferred to the National Benefits Center (presumably for a combo interview)

04 April 2019: ROC approved (as part of N-400 combo interview)

N-400

18 February 2018: N-400 Application submitted online

21 February 2018: NOA1 Rreceived

23 February 2018: Biometrics appointment letter received. Appointment 13 March 2018. 

27 April 2018: Interview notice received. Interview Date: June 5, 2018. Request to reschedule sent as out of the country at that time.

04 April 2019: Attended interview ... PASSED!

11 April 2019: Oath ceremony

Base on the filer May ,2014 should be getting their Green Card or ready for interview by now if you don't have any RFE requestment, perhaps you should go make an appointment via InfoPass. Just simply

No...I didn't. So far I only got the EAD card.

Nothing else :(

I'm thinking about emailing the Nebraska Service Center at ncscfollowup.nsc@dhs.gov

Does it work for Family Based I485?

I've heard people are filing EB1 often can get information by emailing them.

Where's this thread? I filed in the end of May 2014, got my EAD card but nothing else. No interview waiver... no interview notice either... :(

Hi, no I didn't get my interview waiver letter.

Does it show on your USCIS website status page that they are sending you the interview waiver letter?

No it doesn't mention the waiver letter at all. If you had no RFE's, it would probably just say 'My Fingerprint Fee was received' and would stay that way until the GC is approved.

No. We were told first that we should hear something by January 24th but the last time Mohamed called they told him to wait until at least January 24th.

GOOD LUCK to you. At least you have filed the RFE the last day before the expired date and you have done your best. :idea:

Yesterday we were notified that the Advanced Parole was approved and that Mohamed's Employment Authorization Document was being created! :-) We were tickled.
