Follow the prompts on option 2 to get a live person every time, the wait depends on the time of day you call. First thing in the morning is best cos there is practically no wait, around noon is super busy!

Yes, whenever I call I always speak with a live rep. The wait time for me when I call is usually about 10 seconds before someone picks up.
