Normally I don't condone eating for relief but let's face it .... sometimes it's all that will work.

I'd love to know what everyone eats to make them feel better. :blush:

For me...if it's a WICKED bad day, it's Chinese food (like tonight :blush: ), chippedy chocolatey iced cream by hood with tons of jimmies on top and coke zero.

What else ya got? :goofy:

I love peanut butter chocolate ice cream. Eating doesn't really make me feel better though. I usually feel worse and get down on myself if I eat too much. When I'm really down I usually take a couple sleeping pills or Nyquil and sedate myself for the night. I also smoke a lot when I'm stressed.

Yep...that's when I do it too.

are you kidding??? They are either ten times worse because they sense it and want to see how miserable they can make me...like a freak game or something....or I'm just such a raw nerve that the little things they normally do just get to me worse or something.

When I was pregnant I HAD to have wicked hot McDonald's french fries dipped in their vanilla shake. Now I can't even think of that combo!!!!

Yes it is a bad habit. I really don't condone it at all but was curious what works for other people. Chocolate seems to be a biggie for most I think.
