Phillygirl, Please ask your USC spouse to help you to read and understand the email from the embassy. It's important that you receive translation for anything to do with immigration that you are not fully capable of understanding.

The embassy is requesting a new statement, signed by BOTH petitioner (US citizen) and beneficiary (you) to state that you will be making ties to the U.s. upon receiving your K1 visa:

1. After receiving your visa and enter the Unites states together on (insert date) to live permanently

2. You will be living where in the U.S.? (Get a signed letter from family you will be living with)

3. You will be marrying within 90 days upon entering the U.S. together (this one might be unnecessary)

4. Your USC spouse will look for jobs at (where ?)

5. You will adjust status and your spouse will have a joint sponsor to support you both financially while adjusting status

6. You will both deposit all funds to a U.S. bank account upon moving to the U.s. (if your USC spouse has a u.s. bank account already, I would include proof of this)
