Please tell us when it is issued, but we don't need minute by minute. Many other applicants with drug problems share your concern and want to know how you did.

Got my visa yesterday! Thanks for everyones help. I was about to lose hope when I admitted past drug use but i think CO now has been lenient nowadays. Just be truthful to the psychiatrist if anyone goes to the path i took. Everything will be fine.

Great news! Congrats! Don't forget to check out the visa validity and make sure you enter USA before it expires. Cheers!

Next step is the cfo seminar. Can anyone post a link about its procedures?

Do you have the link from Hank's flashing red arrow? Everything is there. Use that for all your questions and next steps. Now, there is no need to ask questions because all the answers are there.

1) POE only cares about the visa (CFO is a Philippines only thing to get to the gates at the airport ;) )

2) For sure have the DO NOT OPEN envelope in your carry on bag as you will need it shortly after arriving at POE.

3) CD and vaccination record are NOT to be given to the immigrant officer at POE. (will the CD is of no value as no one wants it) (for sure keep the DS-3025, you will need it later)

Yes, the embassy instructions letter states the passport need to be valid for at least 6 months.

b. PASSPORT. You must have a passport valid for at least six (6) months. If you do not have one, you
should apply in person at the Department of Foreign Affairs - Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA),
Aseana Business Park, Bradco Avenue corner Macapagal Boulevard, Paranaque City
