hi there! just a few questions here...regarding police certificate...

i am the beneficiary... a filipino citizen residing in canada unde a working permit. i called the rcmp today & ask what are the requirements for me to get a police check..they said that i need the letter from the embassy & 2 ID's (it can be a passport & one that states the add where i live in BC)... i only have my passport & my work permit with me. but my work permit's add is in ontario but right now i am staying at a friend's house in vancouver. if i let them see my work permit..would that be a problem? would they question why i am here in BC? or should i get a BC ID?

any thoughts here will be of great help! thanks a million for your replies! :help:

not sure if you are located near to any of these offices, but they may be albe to help. and yes, they do background checks w/out fingerprints.
