Wow! All I can say is Wow! Well no I can say more, but WOW! You have our simpathies. I think you should take some time to really consider the long term affects this type of relationship will have on your soul. Be careful not to make matters more complicated. (a pregnancy for instance). May all the Gods of all the religions of all the Universe have mercy on you. Fiance's brother is going through a divorce with a woman just as you are describing except he has children. NOT PRETTY to watch. And again, WOW!

The kindness we give to others may never be recognized by the ugly souls we encounter in the vast jungle of humanity, but what we give will echo brilliantly in the smiles of those who have received it.

If she is not prepared to move with you three hours away, she is not mentally stable for major life changes which can push her over the edge, which may explain why her screaming is now more prevalent. She will need a life coach, and a good cognitive behavioral therapist to help her with some intense coping skills.

As far as immigration, with her mental illness that should be on hold right now. You need to figure out your relationship, as loving someone who is mentally ill is a challenge.
