Had my interview on July 22 but ceac was not updated

Hi,I had my interview yesterday at the embassy and everything went well.ive been checking ceac but my case has not been updated since June 21.Is this normal ?

My case wasn't really updated until they were about to make a final decision on it. My husband's interview was December 18 (I think that was the day), and he wasn't approved until February 4. The last two weeks prior to approval was when things changed on the CEAC. I have heard that updates to the CEAC aren't always consistent or timely. So, I wouldn't worry.

But the case wasn't even updated in the day of the interview.also shouldn't the case chane to a non immigrant ?

Mine didn't change to nonimmigrant until maybe a week before final approval. It was frustrating nonetheless because I just wanted to have some kind of information about what was happening with his application, and I never felt quite certain that the CEAC site was 100% reliable. If the interview was yesterday and it went well like you said, I wouldn't worry yet.
