My fiancee had her interview on June 16th, they kept her visa. Ceac updates once a week. If it ever says ready, does that mean issued is next? does ready mean you will get the visa? we had everything required, but she didnt answer questions about my past legal issues correctly from 14 years ago!! Just wanted some thoughts on if we will get the visa or not? and if they say no does it go back to uscis, or do i file a waiver or what? thanks...

Didn't we cover all this in your other thread? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/501188-please-help-im-soooooo-sad/#entry7076744

No one can tell you if you are getting a Visa or not? Have you contacted the embassy yet? I remember you saying you were flying there to see them did that happen.

It is a mess of things and I am sure they are sorting it out. But if refused yes your petition goes back to USCIS and expire. So its a waiting game.
