Very few topics considering child relationship and my questions were left unanswered :huh2::unsure:

My husband (US Citizen) is a petitioner (form I-130) for his step child (my daughter) who is beneficiary. Daughter was born during my first marriage.

1)When filing, does he have to enclose his G-325A?

2) If so, does he have to submit his photographs with it?

3) And - we do not need to submit child's G-325A, do we???

Thank you.....

Also, please check my package.....:

-$420 fee (signed)

- I-130

- husband's Birth Certificate

- my Divorce Certificate

- child's Birth Certificate

- certif. copy of Marriage licence (me and husband)

- G-1145

- husband's G-325A (???)

- husband's photographs (???)

Thank you...

Hello, photographs and g325a are only for spouses not stepchildren. In the instructions for the form there should be a section that says stepparent/stepchild, you only need the documents stated on there. So you only need your marriager cert., child birth cert, divorce cert from both you and your husband (sounds like you were the only one married before) the fee, and the g1145 in your husband's name. So no pictures, no bona fides, no g325 are required with this petition.

Oh didn't notice what country you're from, but you need a translation as well if any document isn't in english.
