NVC case complete but confused

NVC is strange indeed we sent 5 packages to them in june and in july and when i called them they first didnt say anything then they today suddenly called today and I hear case complete

it is weird on the 21 we receive a checklist please return the missing information so that we may complete your case

I called again on the 22 july they said they are reviewing 2 more packages so ok i think 3o more business days

so I decided to call again today and they say on the 23 today your case is complete so I ask

so right now i am seriously confused

they said we should be receiving an email from them

I can still login and the when i login it still says at NVC maybe they need time to update

Call again and see if a different agent will tell you the same.

well i did just now and it is complete waiting for an interview at an emabssy in a week they will send something to me they said i didnt quite catch what that will be

still no no email that the case is complete maybe it will come

my husband is the one who receives all NVC emails so far

It might be a false checklist. Your case has been completed. You will receive case completion letter in your email in 1 week. And they will schedule your interview as soon as slot opens up in embassy where beneficiary is living. I am in same boat. Case completed on july 10th and now waiting for interview to be scheduled.

What I have noticed, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get interview letter in email after the case completion date. Mine will be 2 weeks tomorrow and hoping to get it by friday or else will have to wait 3rd week :/

they send it to your email address or they send also an appointment letter?
