Hi All!
I've been quiet on here, reading reading reading. Thanks so much for everyone's previous experience and help from what you've been through!

I'm trying to get everything gathered and ready to go for when we receive the Packet 3(hopefully).
I do realize each Embassy is different, but any help would be appreciated.
Does anyone have a list of what I'll need?

We are applying through the Dublin, Ireland Embassy and the most recent list I've found hasn't been updated since 2011.

Very many thanks in advance

It says you are petitioning for a K3 spouse correct? Here is a link from the DOS with relevant info. Also I believe there is a link somewhere in there for specific requirements from each consulate.

I am petitioning for K3 Spouse- if it somehow miraculously comes through I didn't realise how low the percentages were for success before I filed. :\

Aha! Thank you!! That's exactly the list I need!

However, all the PDF's with further instructions for K visa processing- Ireland isn't listed! Not as Ireland or as the Republic of Ireland. I'm going to hope that because they aren't listed that means there isn't anything additional to the excellent required documentation list on the main page.

How I didn't see that in all my research, I don't know, but I'm not surprised. Everything is blending together at this stage of the confusing process.

Your K3 will be approved but it will be cancelled when it hits the NVC. NVC process is taking about 4-5 months now... Every interview letter is different. It depends on what you sent to the NVC and what the embassy specifically asks for. It could be W2's or an original divorce decree for the petitioner. It could be original police certificate with translation even though you already sent one to the NVC. it really depends. You should get your NVC documents ready while you wait for your I-130 approval. Go check out the NVC July filers thread ad read the first post by Saylin. Read the NVC WIKI 10 times. It will answer most of your questions. If you don't understand something, post a question. Saylin's is the immigration queen. She follows the thread

I'm into the K3 process 5 months now and we're still in 'initial review'.

I suppose I really need to research the CR Visas now as it's likely the K3 will die. :(

This whole process is slow torture.

Thanks for the advice to find Saylin's posts. I'll head off there now.

Here are the links. You are correct. The consulate in Ireland doesn't have any additional requirements so whatever they tell you on the instructions to get is what you'll need. The following links I think one you may already have the other is how to get the relevant documents. The information should be trusted because it is directly from the DOS and not any third party.
