Moving while 129f is still pending

I'm currently living in Boston so my 129f application is at TSC ( <_< ) but I am moving to California in 2 weeks. Who knew when I submitted our application in March that it would likely be faster to wait 4 months and submit from Cali? Oh well, I digress. From what I've read online, it seems like I just need to complete a change of address form on the uscis website, but my real question is: how slim are the chances of being transferred to CSC? I assume the answer is 0, but I thought it was worth a shot. Also, would we be shooting ourselves in the foot if we withdraw our application at TSC and then just resubmit an entirely new application from Cali? It seems like it might be faster and it'd be one less person at TSC, but I don't want it to complicate our case. It's not ideal to have to pay the fee twice, but it would be worth it to have him here by Christmas.

I don't have an answer for your question regarding whether TSC would send it to CSC, I mean if it takes them 2 months to update their data on their website, imagine trying to get a service request in!

But seriously, notify them of your new address and either wait and see if they approve it or send it to CSC

OR

Withdraw your petition and pay the $340 to re-submit at CSC - which could take 3 months to approve, who knows :huh2:

Good luck!
