Just curious if anyone has sent in this form without submitting any W-2's. In the requirements section it says "I am using only my earned or retirement income, which is documented using IRS form W-2." I was planning on sending only my tax transcripts. I'm leaning on submitting the full I864 just to try to avoid any checklists.

We sent it with pay stubs and tax transcripts. The tax transcripts show where the income comes from.

Thanks for the quick response.

I am sending pay stubs since January. How many did you send in?

We sent in 6 months of bi-weekly pay stubs. Overkill most likely. Also sent in 3 years of tax transcripts.
