Hello!

I have filed for AOS a few weeks ago and received my NOAs in the mail.

I'm starting having some concernings and would really really really like to describe my situation and hear what you think about it.

-8th Apri-June 2012 spent time in USA on a esta (WT/WB stamp valid til 7/6/2012)

-july 31st- midd October 2012 Came back to the USA (on a esta WT/WB stamp valid til 10/28)

-10/22/2012 interviewed in home country for j1 visa (no 2 year rule)

-3/17/013 met my hubby in Cali

-May 2013 spent few weeks home, came back with same 1 visa and everything.

-August 2013 moved to Texas because of my j1 employer (only few weeks)

- August left j1 program because applied for b-2 change of status (because of my full schedule I didn't traveled and enjoy he country and my friends company as much as I wanted but I ended up spending more and more time with my hubby instead, who also was hosting me)

-February 2014 Change of status into b-2 approved. New status valid until March, maybe the 9th.

-February hubby- at that time boyfriend- and I decided to get marry!

-3/3/2014 hubby and I got married!

-July 2014 filed for AOS.

Will uscis ask me to prove I have not worked or similar? (Beside my j1 activity of course)

Since I moved with my husband he has provided anything for me, but regarding my visits in 2012 it has been more than 2 year now and I do not have any significant documentations regarding my trips!

I've no hotel confirmations or tickets anymore. Neither credit card or statements and receipts of any kind because I've lost contact with my bank in Italy of that time.

How should I prepare(beside contacting an attorney) if facing any of those things as a RFE or during an interview? Or will they think I haven't submitted the esta stamps on purpose? I sent copy of my passport biographic page and visa page but did not send them all the pages cus the instructions I followed didn't mentioned so and I didn't think about it!

Please share your experience and knowledge with me!

Thank you in advance !
