I can't remember what options I pushed to get to the part to enter your receipt number but I wrote down the rest. After you press 1 for the correct receipt number (assuming you enter the correct number), press the following:

#3

#2

#1

I don't remember what the options were called but that is the correct order and got me to an operator. Hopefully this helps.

I don't think you need to be panicking though - case status online is notoriously unreliable and slow, and your biometrics appointment notice could be in the mail to you right now!

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.

We have the same NOA1 date as you and are yet to be in the system. I have read many posts on here where the cases were not online until well after their biometrics appointment. They cashed the checks and confirmed with the NOA that they got our stuff so I know it has not been lost in the mail. I have quit relying on the case status online to tell me much of much.

I sympathise with how utterly frustrating this must be. It's like staring in the dark, trying to determine what the landscape looks like... anything could be out there!

What I encourage you is to try to keep an eye on your account when your cheques are cashed, and faithfully watch the mailbox. There's not too much else you can do, though if you're really concerned about a delay, schedule an InfoPass appointment. It might not help overly much, especially if you are within the allotted window for EAD/AP, but at the very least, it might give you some insight.
