Class B medical Condition (Hypertension) on I-693

I have Nov 2008 Priority date with EB2I. Got RFE for EVL and medicals.

Since I had elevated blood pressure and taking medication, I mentioned to the nurse at Civil Surgeon place.

They just mentioned "Hypertension" under Class B condition and then checked "Class B" condition in summary page. They however did not mentioned any other details on severity of the condition or medication details.

I have sent the packed medical letters to attorney to respond to RFE but not sure if I will get another RFE to prove that hypertension is under control.

Does anyone has any experience or it is common practice?
