Back when i had my interview at us embassy after they told me that i was approved, everything was fine. The agency that help me with my papers was already registered in the embassy and they alreafy know where to deliver the visa.

Did you choose to have DHL deliver it to a city other than Juarez? If yes, it can take longer to deliver. Did you log into your account on the mexico.usvisa.info site for your waybill#? No waybill # shows up yet?

Sorry, my Spanish knowledge is limited, so English it is for me.

You should have been able to choose where you wanted the visa packet delivered. When you choose a city other than Juarez, it can take longer for the delivery, so you may not see the waybill# show up right away. 12 days seems a bit long though. You could try calling the DHL office where it is supposed to be delivered and ask them about it. You could also call the Juarez consulate call center number and ask about it, but not sure if they can help.

Once you have the waybill/tracking number, you can use it to track your visa package with DHL > http://www.dhl.com.mx/es.html
