I see. I did sponsor for my other son's(who no longer lives with us) wife and stepchild whose petition is still pending. Should i count them too even though their pettiton is still pending?

hi

but remember the i864 will be only sent in 12 years, many things can happen in 12 years

your son might not live with you. he can marry and have kids, you might be retired. who knows? you are thinking of right now. the i864 isn't sent now, only the i130

No alful, i filed i130 in 12 years ago... so the time is now for me to file for them.

I mean file i864.

Yes.

Ok do i need to explain anything to them (may be in a separate letter) as to why i have such a big household or will they know? As it is right now my household size is now 16...meaning i have to show 90K...now back to the earlier question, i need only 1 joint sponsor to fill out 12 different i864 whose income must be at least 25K.. lets make it 30K just to be on the safe side. I should be ready to go right?

hi

since you have separate sibling petitions you can have more than one joint sponsor, you can have 2 o more joint sponsors

they don't all have to file for the 12

But heres the curveball, only 2 of my siblings (whose family size is 2 each for a total of 4 people), have been invoiced, and paid for AoS fees, the other 2 families whose total size is 8 people have not. So that means i will be sponsoring the 1st two families before the other two. That means my household size at the time of filing for the 1st two families is only 10 (4 currently living in the house, 2 sposored still pending, and 4 being sponsored now). How do i account for the potential future household size?

I only need 1 joint sponsor to meet financial requirement. So he will be filing 12 i864.

Yes.

I just re-read the entire instructions booklet and Part 5 - Sponsor's Household Size section and nowhere does it say that I need to include any relatives as household members whose petitions are pending. Can you please provide the source of where you got that information? Thanks everyone for so many responses! I really appreciate the help!

Lots of false information being fed here...

Straight from I864 instructions:

Part 5: Sponsor's Household Size

3. Item Number 6. ... "Include only those persons who have already immigrated to the United States."...

Please only respond if you know for sure. Otherwise you are only spreading false information. I'm so glad I went back and re-read the instructions.

Thanks to everyone who took the time out to respond. Have a good one.
