Im not sure what you are saying.

Did you get your case number from the NVC?

If you got your case number enter it into the CEAC website and see what it says and let us know.

You will receive first an email coming from NVC stating that your visa petition is eligible for further processing and you need to complete DS-261 form. Your AOS is available to pay as well. Did they ask for your email?

@averageguy6: yes, one the NVC rep. that i talked to over the phone gave me my case # and my IIN #. And i tried to go to the CEAC website put my case # and iin# but this is the message came out...

Summary Information

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

It means your AOS is being invoiced. Please take some time to read the NVC process wiki.

@A&A04:

i got my

NOA1- May 12, 2014

NOA2- May 29, 2014 (approved)

June 11, 2014 (shipped to nvc)

June 23, 2014 (recieved nvc)

i called the nvc July 8,2014 but the nvc rep. said call again on July 18, so i called the nvc on the given date and they gave my case # and iin #. You think there is a delay in my case? Because i havent recieve email from them yet :(

Your aos bill is being Invoice that's why the system won't let you access it. Its actually a good news

Please read the nvc wiki , take it in and follow it and you'll find this journey a little bit easier.

This same thing happened to me and a lot of other people. The NVC is delaying access to the CEAC they are saying it is currently taking 20-30 days after receiving the case number to access the ds-261 and start paying your fees. Check the website daily for access as they more than likely will not send you n email before you are able to get access. I believe the message that appears when the AOS is being invoiced is "this case is in the process of being terminated" something along these lines. You can see others with the same issue here. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/503886-case-number-but-told-to-wait-i-receive-an-email/

It takes a while to log in and do these stuff from receiving the email. Give it like 1-2 days.
