If your parent(s) don't become USC the time until you get your visa will be about 10 years. If they become USC then the time changes, not always in a positive way, but at that point you could get married.

Hi,

You essentially have been abusing your green card. A green card is for living in the US. It is not for you to live in Columbia with yearly visits to the US.

You will need to explain why you were exempt from filing US taxes. If you made money in Columbia, you would need to report it on your US tax returns.

One of your US based daughter van be your Joint Sponsor.

Being a PR you usually expected to file taxes on your world wide income. Not doing so is a sign that you are not keeping status. How much time have you been spending in the US over the years. IF you spend less than 6 months AND don't file taxes chances are they will deny your daughters visa and they may also cancel your green card.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

The petition for your daughter is to reunite your family in the US. You are not living in the US so there is no need to grant the daughter a visa. By filing the petition you will cause them to look at your use of your green card which will probably have them cancel it because you have been abusing it.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

DO you have a permanent address ? Have you filed your taxes, have you spent more than 180 days a year in the US. All of the above are required proof of maintained residence, Just because you have a card in your hands doesn't mean that you kept up your requirements of being a resident and that they will not take the card away next time you try to enter
