Do we need a reentry permit for a two-week vacation?

My wife and I are planning a two-week trip to Ukraine she is a green card holder and legal permanent resident. Do we need to apply for reentry permit? Or is the green card enough to come back to the United States?

LPRs dont even have to show their passport, only their green card.

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

Just came back from Ukraine less than 3 months ago. I have a 10 year green card.

All i had is a Ukraine travel passport and my green card. I showed my passport and green card at every check point but i guess you don't have to do that. Just passport going in and green card returning to the US. So green card and passport is all you need for the trip there and back.

P.S. some or all flights from Russia to Ukraine and Ukraine to Russia have been stopped for now(They said that on the news in Ukraine)

Just an FYI if you are flying that route.
