nvc return case to uscis for k-1

I am so worried about our case..we got approved 2 -3 months ago and got our case number from nvc after 2 weeks of approval..but nvc sent our files to uscis after a week ..then whn i check our status at uscis homepage it say on may 13th the sent our files to department of state but til now nvc doesnt have it yet..so worried here..dont know where is our files now.

Try calling the USCIS to see what is up. Also get your Senator involved and they can help get a straight answer.

April 19, 2014 : I-129F Package Delivery Confirmation via USPS

April 24, 2014 - NOA1 received via email/text

April 25, 2014 - Alien Registration Number changed

April 28, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail.

May 23, 2014 - RFE received in mail.

June 5, 2014 - Response to RFE Sent

June 11, 2014 - NOA2 Approval via website!!!

June 14, 2014 - NOA2 received in mail.

June 24, 2014 - NVC Case # via phone!

June 25, 2014 - NVC forwarded case to Embassy

June 26, 2014 - Embassy received case.

June 26, 2014 - NVC letter in mail.

August 4-5, 2014 - Medical

August 6, 2014 - CFO Seminar

August 13, 2014 - VIsa Interview (Expedited)

August 19, 2014 - VISA ready for pick up!

August 20, 2014 - Packet 3 Arrived

August 26, 2014 - POE!

August 26, 2014 - Notice to schedule an Interview...

October 23, 2014 - AOS/EAD Package Sent

October 30, 2014 - NOA1 via website

November 1, 2014 - NOA1 received in mail

November 6, 2014 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled in mail

November 19, 2014 - Biometrics Appointment

We been calling uscis for the last 2 months and they said they sent our files last may 13 ..until my fiance got frustrated and ask them a straight answer and they promised to make an invistigation where ia our papers now and yesterday this is their response through email Based on your inquiry your file has been requested for review. You should receive a notice of further action on your application/petition within 60 days.

It looks like our papers is still at uscis and need a reviews but why they keep telling us before that they already sent our pepers to nvc..

NVC returns petitions to USCIS when they feel that USCIS may have missed something that is a potential red flag, or missing document.

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Same thing as happened to others in the past. Hopefully you will get an RFE so you know what's happening. But, there are other possibilities. Read here:

We called uscis and they said its their mistakes cause they forgot something ..and they resent our files may 13th but till now nvc dosnt have it back yet

hello uscis approved our case again after they review it and it is now in nvc.. just called them few weeks ago and they already have our papers.. and gave us the same case number.. but when calling this week they said its under ap.. and just today i called nvc and said our case is not in their system anymore. is that normal.. please help.. our ceac status says at nvc.. it doesnt change..
