Try using the forms on

You need the fillable forms, for one. I'm not sure, but the full version of Adobe Acrobat (as opposed to just the reader) may let you type on it regardless. You can't save the filled in one either if you're only using AA reader, so print enough copies that you have one spare.

If you want to type AND SAVE the forms use:

1) 30 day free trial version of Adobe acrobat www.adobe.com (or buy it for $600)

2) Pay $20 for a program called PDFill. www.pdfill.com

Both will allow you to save and print.
