hi everyone,

Can anyone help me? I arrived here in the States on 22nd of December and we got married on 30th. I have not submitted my AOS yet but I need to return to the Philippines to take care of emergency things, as much as i wished, I would want to go there next week or as soon as possible. What steps do I need to take?

You would need to file for your AOS and then you could apply for an emergancy AP at your local office... until you file for AOS there is very little you can do... if you leave without AP you will have to start all over again with a K3/CR1... it is unlikely you would get AP before next week....
