i'd been in your case before.. Confuse also which one i check, but still i check the NO option.

Been have a filed case on 4 of us before, but also dismiss.. For sure u will got a NO CRIMINAL RECORD on ur NBI.. The USEM will know about that for sure, when I was asked by the CO i answered them truthfully.though u answer them, they will still give u a 221g take an explanation letter from NBI.

But u have to wait for the email from USEM before u proceed to NBI, and print it.. If u dont have dat letter, they wont let u in. Be sure you also have your court order, a copy of it will do.they will surely look for it.NBI will send it to USEM every fridays only..after couple of weeks, our visa delivered already.. As like HANK and everybody here said, be honest and truthful to your answer when u got ur interview..

Yes i have copy of the court order but its only a certified true copy, not the original. I hope they will accept that.Thank u very much!

That will do.. 10-15 mins of staying at the NBI is all u need..
