My petitioner is my mother and i am under f2a child under 21 catagory and also covered under CSPA....

my mother 5 year completed in us and now she want to apply for neutralization..

So if my mother neutralize should affect my case or not?

Please guys help me if some one know..thanks a lot

when your mom becomes a citizen and YOU are still UNDER 21 a visa will be available to you immediately. you must notify uscis and nvc of change.

No my mom now want to apply for citezenship and i am currently under administartive processing from 15 months and still now in us embassy islamabad

And i am now 22 year s old but at interview my age is locket due to CSPA...

when your mom becomes a citizen and YOU are still UNDER 21 a visa will be available to you immediately. you must notify uscis and nvc of change.

Tell ur mom to apply as soon as she can bcuz it will help out in ur case alot...I think after she's us citizen,ur case might get finished within a year :)

But dear aplusb i am crrently under administrative processing from 15 months and i covered in CSPA ma age is locked at interview....so i am scaring about this

Been already interviewed age wouldn't matter ur potition has already been submitted ur just waiting for the visa..I don't think u need to b worried bcuz they r giving visas to children that were under 18 yrs when potition was filed n now over 21 years...but u can always contact thm embassy and ask them..they will tell u in details..

AP will still go on even if you upgraded to IR2, however, you must give the embassy a copy of the petitioner's naturalization certificate as soon as possible so they will issue your visa with the correct category.
