I am moving to the US for law school from Canada. I am wondering if I am able to ship my belongings to the US after I have moved and gotten my visa at point of entry. I am aware the shipping company needs a copy of the visa in order to send the items and also form 3299 for unaccompanied goods. My question is whether I can have relatives ship the goods once I move so they can include the copy of my visa with the shipment. Also, I have noticed that it says you have to clear it at first port of entry. Would UPS be able to do that for me if I gave me my form 3299 and visa?

Any information anyone could provide on this would be helpful. I am quite confused!

Might want to repost in the Canada forums: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/93-canada/
