Which of the constitutionally prescribed qualifications for the Office of President of the United States did he fail to meet?

Constitutionally qualified does not equal real world qualified. Anyone over 35 and U.S. citizen is qualified.

This guy is constitutionally capable:

Doesn't mean he's qualified to be president.

Can you prove I am not qualified to be in that position.

The people who make these recommendations sure would, which is all that matters really.

In the hypothetical scenario resulting from your uninformed assumption, anything could make sense. If English were my first language, I'd say you''re argument is pure sophistry.

How do you know my assumption is uninformed? That's kind of an assumption on your part.

Except, in fact it does. Your personal opinion may be that he's not doing a very good job, you may even be right although I have yet to see any actual evidence that he is any more useless than any of the previous guys doing the job, but qualified to be president, he most certainly is.

I'd argue that legally qualified and qualifications based on experience are two different things. But hey, I guess what they say is true. Anyone can be president. Doesn't mean they'll be good at it.

Are you calling Gary Busey's age and citizenship into question?

The text posted is an excerpt from the United States Constitution. The words are not mine. I now saw I had forgotten the quotes, which may have given the incorrect idea they were mine.

What experience based qualifications do you personally believe would make for a good president? Personally, I don't think that having a single person at the top of the heap makes for the best political structure, too much ego and in the case of the US political system, it's just an endless round of pleasing those who can put money in your pocket. I don't think it actually serves your average Joe very well. I would suggest that having a nominal head of state who represents the country rather like the queen and leave the running of the country to the Senate and House would work a lot better. That way, it wouldn't really matter who the president was, they would basically be sent around the world as an ambassador and anyone can do that although having a hot chick as president would probably be best ;).

Time to head back to your ESL studies. Come back after a couple months when your reading comprehension skills are a little better. Also, google translate aint all it's cracked up to be.

+1000

I'd be all for that. Let the house or senate elect the president. That way we wouldn't have to be tortured with 2 years of campaigning. The way we elect the president in the U.S. is silly.

I had to quit the ESL classes. Things got busy at the produce department and this is eggplant season on top of it all.

On the same note however, I would strongly recommend you use The Google and search 'U. S. Constitution online'. There are several entries where you find out what the requirements and qualifications for POTUS are. Might help soothe symptoms of ODS.
