As I said, I don't know the procedures at this consulate. I gave you a range of possibilities. I would have written the same thing for re-scheduling the interview - it could be days, it could be weeks, it could be months. You seem to know something about how the consulate works, and you believe that a re-schedule would be only weeks out. That should be encouraging in considering how long it would take them to complete a case that has already been interviewed when the additional material has been submitted.

A review of the material will generate the same questions - or no questions at all - whether it is submitted at interview or following the interview.

Ok, I think I'm going to start praying it gets there on time, because this 221g route seems scarier than just having the interview rescheduled.

I think the time to reschedule for Warsaw is 2-3 weeks. And the way you described the 221g scenario, it seems it could take more time, and create red-tape that is unnecessary. I dont want to create any red flags with them, all the paperwork is good, just taking a little longer to get there.

If they started sending letters to me to verify info he submitts weeks later, and then wait for my reply, and wait for them to look at the papers again, this could take additional months. After all this waiting the 129F would expire, and I'd have more paper work.
