Aside form all the required papaerwork for AOS what else should I send in? With the K-1 I had to submit evidence of our relationship, do I need to submit photos now(aside from the required passport size ones)? I was under the impression that photos-proof of our relationship- would be shown at the interview, but I am reading where certain people are being approved without an interview. I just want to assemble everything perfectly-so can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I know people are going to tell me to read the guides & I have I swear! :P

It is early in the morning & I am confusing myself

Usually you just send in the AOS packet and take your evidence with you to the interview.

that is what I figured but I have read where a few people sent things in with their packet-I am not sending anything EXTRA

Irish, I don't think sending evidence of bonafides is what's getting these folks a CSC transfer and subsequent approval w/o interview.

I suspect any question of bonafides would be noted in the visa file, which gets integrated into the adjustment file. That's the ONLY logical way I can figure out that DHS is deciding these transferred petitions don't need an interview at present.

Otherwise, the criteria for a transfer seems to mostly be based on whether or not the local office is backlogged.

this doc is at 261 Old York Road-I think that is right near the fox pavillion :-)

I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to submit any pics & things now-God knows I wouldn't have been prepared for that
