Hello, There is a post today about contacting the Media and see if they may be able to bring attention to the slow performance of TSC. I posted a reply to the topic and add this post here if you do not read the Contact Media topic. There is a 23 day clearance at CSC from NOA1- NOA2 for K1-Great for them and hope the rest of thier journey is as swift.

You, family and friends can write your US Congressperson and complain about the slow performance of the TSC.

Just do not complain or ask for help about your own personal case. Bombard Congress with TSC complaints.

For example, Dear Honorable Take Mytaxmoney,

It has be brought to my attention that the USCIS service center located in Texas has backed logged

months of 129-F petitions for K-1 fiance visas. Why can the California service center process the

petitions in a much more timely manner?? ECT. Thank you for your help. I want my tax money to

be well spent and not wasted on US Government employees who cannot perform.

Thank You,

Tax Payer

Notify your district Rep. if you will. If you do not know the address or name it is available on the internet.

Hope you will help.

Funded by fees, not taxes.

Yea I think the example letter you wrote was a little off....just express concern about the issue without getting too angry about it....just state the facts and the concern and how its relevant.

There is probably a reason for the backlog...usually USCIS does transfer cases and Im sure they are aware of the issue...maybe ask the rep to question USCIS as to how its dealing with the issue instead of starting off hostile and assuming employees are not performing.

I know from reading a story from a former USCIS waiver adjudicator about his job...his performance WAS judged based upon how FAST he could go while still being accurate.

They are absolutely interested in fast processing, but they do get waves of apps and also the feds throw new things at them out of the blue like DACA.....its kinda hard to hire 100's of people in a week or two to deal with a new law.

Im just saying a letter from a concerned citizen will come across better than a letter from someone criticizing govt employees...for something that may be out of their control...
