Hi VJ members, my fiancée is now here in USA since 6-26-14 and I like to get a head start just like I did when I petition her. My fiancée has a 5 year old boy that we left in the phil to continue private school which we thought it would be best for him to get better at his English for a smoother transition. I know the follow-to-join has to be started within 1 year after my fiancée entrée. Now I want to know what paperwork or form that has to be filled out and what I read is that its not so bad as the I-130 cause they will still have my fiancée paperwork on file and he is on the I-129F form etc. Please let me know the upcoming process that we are looking forward to. Also she wasn't able to get his passport before she left so that's another thing she has to go back to the phil to take care of.

I thank you for all your input if you have experience in this matter cause you went thru this process or really know the ends and outs of this type of situation.

Thanks
