We were transferred....AOS k3/4.....case still at CSC and still pending.

And you get the additional relief of not having to remove conditions...

tony

yes we do...which is why I find it hard to believe they will approve without an interview. I hope so....but I doubt it. ;)

It does happen. Whether or not it happens to you remains to be seen. I would think you would have a better chance than my wife and I. Austrailia would have a much lower incidence of fraud than my wifes home country of Colombia.

Yeah i agree with MaryandMian we where sent to CSC for processing and got approval without interview (me and my daughter)..

Maybe if the local office is backed up they send it there, but im not sure.

We sent in a really good package, including ALL evidence.

Congrats by the way Lizzy! Saw it posted last night but didn't get a chance to say.

I was wondering as well. We got transferred and than approved without an interview. I guess we were just lucky. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting.

Mary,

Some persons are confused. Removal of conditions is not adjusting status.

Michigan is clearly asking about adjustment of status.

Please do not perpetuate some people's confusion.

Usually these are all K-1 AOSs. So any other kinds of AOSs approved without interviews?

Becca,

I think he is referring to all AOS processing of all kinds of cases and this is what I was referring to since I know when you lift conditions (some persons call it AOS as well) as you know on the conditional status some are approved without an interview.

Mary
