Hey guys! So just wanted to update. So I filed i130 for my husband Feb 24 2014 and it was sent to Nebraska service center. Recently it got transferred to my local USCIS office and 8 days later, it was approved. Anyone have a similar outcome?

What is the next step? Does it go to the country for a visa? Or how long does it take for that?

Hi,

What was your local USCIS office? my PD is Feb 28th and I got transferred on 9th to Cali

New York. I never got a notification of if it went to another service center. I think it just came to a local office and they did it. They told me Nebraska is far behind (around January 13) files so they sent some files to speed up the process.

Okay, it said on the letter they sent in the post, my partner is in NYC too, so maybe yours also went to Cali as that was our local office.

We have a similar timeline, you and I. I received the NOA1 on 2/25/14, file transferred 7/8/14 but still waiting for approval. God willing we will hear something soon.
