Ok im the US citizen and my wife is the intending immigrant

base on the list from travel.state.gov

I only have to send her info which are the following base on our situation:

1. Photocopy of BIo Passport

2. Passport size picture 2x

3.Birth Cert

4.Marriage Cert

5. Police clearance...

So basically i don't have anything to send them for my part like any picture of me or my birth certificate, only thing related to me is the marriage contract...

So im good to go right? She never divorse or go to military or deportation so some of those are N/A..

EDTI:

IN THE PHILLIPINES THERE IS A POLICE AND NBI CLEARANCE, which one is needed? or should i just give both ...of hers...

You should send in her latest NBI Clearance with a "no derogatory record" notation. Philippine police clearance isn't required. And yes, we sent photocopies of all the civil docs we submitted. Good luck!

Sorry for the confusion. We sent in the originals AND photocopies of all our civil documents.

Just to clarify since you said it twice... do you mean to say i only send photocopies to the NVC and not the ORIGINALS?
