I answered that. now you

What was the answer?

You want me to answer whether or not people who are physically located in the US are able to seek medical care? The answer to that is yes, for the most part. But that's outside of this particular situation.

As far as the whole thing goes, its a tough situation no doubt. Obviously you can't just let everyone in but its inhuman to let people just die outside our borders. I'm not saying there's an easy solution to this. I just don't understand why Christians can be for building a wall as a solution.

Orphans?

The reports I saw showed a mix of Orphans and non-orphans

'which I agree with' means: take care of them. but, you have to stop the inflow in order to access the needed resources. now its your turn. who gets the hickey?

Real christians aren't. Consider that christianity also has its fundies, who know little or nothing about their own mythology.

What is the Christian thing to do when thousands of malnourished/orphans show up at the Southern border? This is what I want to know.

Malnourished? orphans ? Drama. How did they live 10 or more years in their own country

Orphan bit is news to me, who came up with the money to pay the smugglers?

Presumably the Popes word equally applies to Mexico, a Catholic country, maybe more so.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

both and what gets cut.

Smoke, I'm not underscoring the need to approach this situation rationally. I wasn't even touching on the logistics of all of this. This thread was about what the pope said. My confusion was how any Christian would not think this exact thing. They should be pushing the government to come to the aide of these children while pushing for special collections on Sundays. Some of which are. I just don't understand how a Christian says "ship them back or build a wall with guns or something" That is my question and area of concern in this thread.

I don't have the concern of debt spending that you do. Mostly because the entire world's in debt and is continuing to become more so. And since nothing is based on physical pieces of gold anymore, i do believe at some point the world economy will have to be reevaluated as everyone will be hopelessly in debt.

Oh I see. What I mean is children sitting at the border without a parent or guardian. Whatever they may be.

Not well apparently.
