We got an RFE. They are asking us to send form g325a. Unfortunately, my husband overlooked this when he sent the i-130.

Whats your PD and service center? Despite getting an RFE its nice to know someones looking into your file already. :D Get that g325a done asap & you might get an approval in a few weeks!

Ahahah i love,my husband he is so not worry and patient he did not even give me the 3 good letters of the receip that s why i couldn't Check my status case so we are on initial review voilà !

I don t Know if in our case There Is a finger print appointment what i understand Is not for every case !?

Nothing here either. Still waiting patiently for something, anything to happen. I try to minimize checking my case status. I turned on text & email notifications so everytime I hear a ringtone for either text and email I jump & quickly get my phone only to see its something else. I always check my phone first thing in the morning to see if I received any message from USCIS. It is slowly driving me nuts. LOL. I am planning to turn off the alerts. :P For my insanity sake! despite it has only been a little over a month. HAHA!

Let's pretend that I check the USCIS website less than I used to. Yes. Let's. I mean, why would I check it more *because* it's been a month and sooner or later, something's gotta give right?

It doesn't matter that I signed up for notifications of every variety, including crows flying and stones being thrown at my window just..in..case.

No.

I certainly don't check it as much. ;)

2015-01-03: NoA2 arrived in mail.

2015-01-05: Sent to the Department of State for visa processing.

On August 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

God is so good!
