I-130 July 2014 Filers

Mine is California. Hopefully it won't be too long for all of us My husband has to be back in the States at the end of February so we are hoping and praying that we can go together then. No guarantee

I miss my husband so much and i want to be with him soon.. hopefully ill be home with him on my bday.

Lets hope for the best that we complete this journey soon! **finger crossed**

My husband only left to go home two months ago and I'm already starting to miss him like crazy so I'm packing up and heading to Sweden for a week at the end of the month.

I cannot wait to see him!!

But let's be honest. These trips are so expensive. This was the costliest by far. I'm not sure how much longer we can manage these back-to-back trips before it becomes a burden. I hope that we get approved before it does. Cause I'd rather go without food than without love! That's okay. I can stand to lose a few pounds anyway!

Congrats to others receiving their NOA2's.

24 Hours after seeing the message change on the case status to "there has been an address change relating to your I130" I now get my approved message!

On August 7, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

Just 3 weeks from NOA1 to NOA2. Realize also, that my wife is from the Philippines, we have no previous marriages, no children and no legal hurdles to slow our processing down. Couple that with the expiditing of Philippine cases and this may go quicker than I even thougt.

X racer you are so Lucky i am glad for you ... Can you tell me when did you start your process ? Because since the i 130 went to lock box Chicago we got Nothing back ...

I am summing we ll received the NOA 1 straight up but when?!? (Because we did not sent the g 1145) If there Is something Wrong or missing, are there Quick or not to let you Know ?

At least i want to be approuve and get a tracking number and i ll be relief to wait....lol

Lera66 - I sent in my I-130 on July 16 and it was recieved on July18. I see yours made it there on July 23 so if your application goes as quick as mine, I would think you should see someting next week.

Lera66 - I sent in my I-130 on July 16 and it was recieved on July18. I see yours made it there on July 23 so if your application goes as quick as mine, I would think you should see someting next week.

It's tough, but you're strong. You've already made it seven years and your kids will make you even stronger. Just remember, this is the last thing that stands between you guys. You can do this! Once it's done, you'll be together and no one's going to take him away again!

Exodaze, you are so right! My life is beyond busy. Before we filed these papers, I barely glanced at the calendar, but for when visits were getting close. The last year and half blew by.

Then we filed the papers and time stopped. Suddenly, I'm checking into VJ or the USCIS website a hundred times a day and time has come to a complete stop. I think the best thing to do is stop looking at the clock or this will never end.

Hows everyone doing? Today marks one month into my i130 process. Hehe! One month down! 4 to go. We are getting there. :)
