Woke up this morning to this. I submitted two petitions. One for my husband and my stepson. Both got approvals. What a great way to start the new year!

Any word about what date they are processing at NSC? Have they moved from June 16? I see lots of approvals after my pd. Jul 9

I spoke to a Tier 2 idiot yesterday and she also told me June 16!! There's no way on earth this is can be true. I think their system has been stuck at that day and hasn't been updated since. This might be related to the fact that their website hasn't be updated since October 31, 2014.

Congrats!

Thank you! I am hoping everyone gets their approvals soon. I know how disappointing and discouraging this process is. Now that the holidays are done I'm hoping that all the USCIS and NVC staff are recharged and will pick up the pace.

Hi everyone

Im Japanese and my husband is American.

We sent our I-130 on 28th July 2014.

Got Noa1 from Nebrasa on 5th August!!

Our PD is 31th July.

I hope our I-130 approval soon.

And I wish you all get good news soon

Wow. 6 months and still waiting. This sucks

My PD date is July 10 and I have not received anything yet. I just called uscis and did a claim report to see what is going on.....frustration is running high right now :cry:
