2 weeks after your approval you can call them uhhm thats like first week of December i think. (try to call them every other day) ;)

Called them few minutes ago..and a rude agent (literally rasing her voice on me) :ranting::ranting::ranting: told me they received our case on December 1st :dancing::dancing: ....sssooooo when do I expect our case number? :) like in a week or two? :D:luv::luv::luv:

Wait a minute.. you meant to say you called just to ask if they receive your case?? You didnt ask about ur case number and invoice id?

You should've ask them coz im sure you have a case number and invoice id already.. some rep are stupid they wont give it to you if u dont ask and u have to ask in detail.

So my advice is to call nvc again now as in NOW ;) and ask for your case# and IIN.

I actually called them for Case number..they just told me that they received it but no case number yet...

Whenever I call USCIS and enter in my receipt number, the automated system says that: "Status of this receipt number cannot be found at this time in this system." When I talk to the customer service reps, they are not very informative about this either. Have any of you guys experienced this before?

Hi Katie, I am also started facing the issue from yesterday..getting the same message whenever checked thru call centre...I dint cheked with the customer service rep..Will check today and see...The validation error is still ther when I checked thru website....:-(..which is ur Service centre..mine is Texas
