They told my husband the same thing but we didn't stop calling nvc til they finally gave us our case# and IIN and it didnt take a month or so... so just keep calling every other day.. gudluck!

Yeah I thought of that too... I would like to hear your idea or suggestion. We got approved on 12th of november.. When do you think is the best time to call them? Coz I called them yesterday and the agent didn't even try asking our receipt number. she just went directly to saying that it takes 30-40 days for our approved I-130 to reach NVC....

2 weeks after your approval you can call them uhhm thats like first week of December i think. (try to call them every other day)

Gotcha...I called them yesterday...but primarily just to verify about the new imposed update about submitting photocopy docs...soyeah they confirmed it...and then I asked them about the case...LOL which I knew it would be very impossible for them to have it this early...but i just gave it a shot..hahahaha...Thank you

I am still getting the same error also. The people I have talked to just keep saying the same thing that it is because of the updates they did to the site.

Yes. From what I see, every one still is. The only time it seems like people stop getting the error message is when there is an update on their case (RFE, Approval, etc.). So, maybe they are working on it, but at this point, I doubt it. Our best bet is to just keep calling USCIS for information, and just wait. I call every day that they are open. It is frustrating, but unfortunately, there is not much to do about it..

Just got off the phone with an agent from USCIS asking about my case if it was forwarded or not...They told me they have been busy for the past few days reviewing and approving cases from 1st week to 3rd week of July. The agent also have told me that there are some cases that were already approved but then won't show on the website or say error. So the agent just advised to keep checking the website of keep checking the case via phone... You will have your NOA2s Sooooonessst guys

Our's is July 24th. It is incredibly frustrating... All I know is that they are saying it is due to the change of the website..
