We have the exactly the same PD but iam in California service center and iam F2a... Waiting for No2 approuved... Fingers X... Suppose to take between 3,5 - 4 months those days Max 5 months. Sorry i didn't really answered your question :-)

Yes that s the thing, we suppose to save money to afford the familly who s coming in US and for fee ... Mean while we miss each other have to travel and take vacation from work to see your familly .... In my country people around me are chocked about this process waiting time even as married money to spend...... All thoses requests, me i just try to fit in the systeme even i don t approve... All this for my familly united.

I was counting the times I have left the country to visit my wife and counted eight times. Thankfully I can get to her in 12 hours by road but I imagine it is more difficult for those who live farther and have to spend thousands to buy airplane tickets.

I am very new at this and just about to start filing the I-I30 petition, how will you find out about which service center you'll be put in? Seems like there's a specific service center that processes things faster?

After you send your petition you ll received a mail NOA1" notification of action "ll tell you when They received that s ll be your PD priority date and Where Is Been transfered it ll be Vermont/California/Texas or benefit center .

Someone correct me if iam Wrong but i think I got it. It ll take Maybe 2-3 days but not more than 2 weeks (business days) to received.

Hi guys..anyone on this loop has file on Texas Service Centre...Any of the i130 got approed from TSC for July2014 filers ?? :sleepy:

Hi Im under TSC.. my husband filed the i-130 last July 16 got our NOA1 hardcopy last Aug. 21 and got the approval last Sept 8... now at NVC stage and waiting for our Case#.. we called last week and they aaid they are still reviewing our papers... i hope and pray that we get it this week *finger crossed
