Every case is different depending on what country.

Are you talking about tracking your NOA1 approval status?

If so, has the petitioner signed up to the website in order to track the case?

You can call and inquire about why your case cannot be found online.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to K-1 Progress Reports -topic is case status ~

My guess is your case is being processed at TSC? Don't want to sound stupid but you did try entering the SRC############ number on USCIS website, right?

Oh Don't Worry The Dame happens to me my Noa1 date is May 20 . I already call to uscis and spoke to a tier 1 officer and he told me that's nothing to worry about that doesn't make any difference on your case and that the receipt number that the send in the noa1 is a good number

Just wanted to point out that when calling the USCIS, the people that answer the phones are not officers of any kind. They are customer service reps and tend to give out a lot of misinformation. They do not have access to your case details either and tend to read from a script.

It is true that it does not hurt your case that you cannot track it online. It just means you have to wait longer than most to find out what is happening because you must wait until you receive hard copies in the mail for every update/process that happens.

In the future, if you want to call and ask about anything dealing with your case, then ask to have your call escalated and speak to a tier 2 immigration officer that can access the details of your case.
