Hi,

You are fine.

You are not inadmissible for being a nurse.

You can get your US nursing license after immigrating to the US.

You should have answered "No" since you are not waiting for a certification. You can correct this at your interview.

Yes was the correct answer (because the OP is clearly planning to work as a nurse but has not yet got the credentials).

However, I agree she is not going to have a problem because the DV program is not employment based - therefore as you correctly stated the OP can obtain licensing later.

According to me the correct answer was 'yes', so you're right.

I am graduated from university with bachelor degree in Nursing Science (4 years after secondary school), and registered in my country Sudan as Registered Nurse (RN).

When I was filling up the DS260 online form, I came through this question, and answered As shown:

Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet received certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization?

Yes OR No

and I answered with:

Yes

Explain

I AM A GRADUATE IN NURSING AND REGISTERED IN SUDAN AS A REGISTERED NURSE BUT NOT REGISTERED IN THE US YET.

Here are my questions:

  • Am I inadmissable to US becasue I hold no Labor Certificate {212( a )( 5 )( c ) }
  • If I told them I am going to work as nurse after I obtain the license when I arrive to the US. will it help?
  • Is there any way to change my answer to No?

As above, you do not need to change your answer to no as yes is correct. It will be fine as you don't need certification for DV, and your comment was fine. Relax :)
