i'm sure i'm old enough, but my parents didn't get cable until the mid nineties. same with a microwave, cordless phone.

i clearly remember the summer my dad got a vcr, it was a huge event. and the vcr was only to be used to record football games.

I think that was most of us. You remember all the wheels and dials on the VCR. You just about had to be sitting in ront of it to record something.

I've never heard of Shock Theater, but I love the Twilight Zone. Wish they would bring back the old episodes.
