Those brainless Europeans need to arrest them, bulldoze their homes, cut their power and water, blockade them, and then round them up into camps for protesting like that.

Naaah, being brainless is punishment enough.

You would know.

I know there are a lot of opinions about the Israelis some here are pro and some think they are bullies. I am not really in depth enough on my knowledge to have a real strong opinion, and I am sure not one of those baptist thumping Israel at all costs, because that is where god is from types.

I can say this. When you fire 200 rockets at a much much stronger opponent, with a very strong history of aggressive self defense, and you get your self a new ####### ripped open. The I say you had it coming.

Your kidding, you cant say another word for rectum that starts with A?

To be fair there have been no reports of Hamas suffering casualties, maybe a few minor grunts but nothing more.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Which one acts more like Hitler?

Hitler forced people from their homes and seized their property

Hitler established camps and forced people into camps

Hitler issued colorful propaganda against the people he was persecuting

Which one acts more like Hitler?

I do not want to be mistaken as supporting what Hamas is doing. I get Al-Jazeera here and when I see a crying uncle carrying a dead 3-yr-old girl out of his brother's house where everyone else is dead and there are no rockets or fighters or guns in the background and it's live on TV I am thinking that one it isn't just propaganda and two that little baby girl got killed for nothing but a simple desire to exterminate one group of people to make room for expansion for another.

There is not a single place for those people to "retreat" to. The shelters, also on live TV, are bursting full. The little posters and cartoons about it justifying it beside the image of how it really is make me feel sick to my stomach. For comparison it is the same sickness that I feel when I watch the little girl in the red coat in that movie "Schindler's List" and anyone who has ever watched that movie remembers that scene. This is just my view but based on what is happening it looks like the exact same principle is being applied there and in the exact same way. How it got to be acceptable floors me.

They are showing those soldiers running through neighborhoods, shoving unarmed people down on the ground, sticking rifles in their face, then moving on. Old people, young people, but the common denominator is that they are not shooting, or even saying anything, they are just standing in their neighborhoods watching.

What's happening there is a crime, pure and simple. There is no easy answer for it but neither side will budge over this land. There is a much stronger case for the Israelis to budge than there is for the Palestinians and that is the step that should be expected before the boots and troops.

I hope it ends soon.

well then i can only summarize that Hamas wants it people to suffer, because when you attack Israel, you know what's coming. They were offered a cease fire and it was declined. I hate it for the poor people suffering, but it sounds like they need to run Hamas out of their country. War sucks. It sucks the most for the civlians caught in the middle. However, thinking there is some neat little video game war, in which women and children are not slaughtered is naive at best. If you don't want war, don't start one. Sorry but Israel has got it right. Go in there and stop the BS, and sometimes that is an ugly process. When you got to war.. GO. Don't pussyfoot around

They are still complicit in the civilian deaths. You can't offload that on the other side.

Israel 'doesn't stop the BS' they perpetuate it. They deal with a few armed militants, destroy or confiscate their equipment and leave the area in ruins. All it does is create more bad feeling and anti Israeli sentiment. The US still hasn't learned that after two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the subsequent collapse of surrounding nations into violent anarchy. Who benefits from that? The extremists.

You can't fight ideas with bombs and bullets.

Nice summary but a cease fire for a million people who are packed into camps probably is not something one of us could or would settle for in the same environment, knowing what's coming or not. Different standard applies to them?

That's what floors me. To have group of people that have been through what Jews have been through, turn around and institute SOME if the policies that they were victims of, makes no sense to me. I guess victims of abuse end up being abusers in a lot of cases though. This will continue because the U.S. does have any balls to stand up to the Israeli govt. and force a solution. The politicians on both sides are terrified of AIPAC. The way they fall over each other praising ISrael reminds of how they always try to "out-christain" each other in election campaigns.

Hamas is responsible for all deaths, on both sides. Plain and simple. You see a 3 year old child dead? Blame Hamas.

There have been 18 Israeli soldiers who died in there so far trying to defend their people yet the hypocricy of the world(it is the world that has not learned anything from the holocaust and wants Jews to suffer yet again in their homeland - not Israel) protesting against Israel's "war crimes" in Gaza...too funny. Unfortunately this is a price - we, and they - have to pay if we do not want a massacre on a massive scale in the bases and kibbutz's surrounding Gaza, but people are too dense to understand that. This only stresses that Israel should continue this operation and expand it, and not worry about silly world pressure - until the job is done, otherwise all deaths would have been in vain. If you get out now and give them more time to build even more tunnels and make even more rockets the next round is going to be even worse. If Bibi was not a ##### and went in during the last operation two years ago maybe this would not have happened. God bless and god be with the brave soldiers who died in the last two days.

Sick, is not me. Sick is what you are. And FYI - I am about to start a new drinking game every time you talk. When you say bulldoze, or hitler, or a few other words. You need to work on your vocabulary man.

That's for sure since they are allowing the Israelis to perpetuate one. Drink to that. Dying while defending your right to help yourself to someone else's property isn't really raising any sympathy from here.
