Hi everyone,

I am under k1 visa and my interview for my AOS will be on the first week of Aug. and I'm planning to have my medical exam as required this week. My questions are:

1. How many days or hours would it take?

2. How much did you spend?

Thanks

Hi there! The answers to your questions depend on the CS you choose for your medical. Prices and time/schedule vary from CS to CS. You have to call up uscis-listed civil surgeons in your area to get an idea on how much they charge and how long they normally process an AOS medical.

Btw, not everyone is required to get a new medical for AOS. From your last topic [http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/492842-adjustment-of-status/#entry6963241], you were given correct advice on whether or not you need a new medical. If you had your medical on Oct 2013, you certainly don't need a new full medical. You only need to see a CS if you have missed any of the required vaccinations.

When you have a chance, :time:..

Hi. My interview is on Aug 11 and I never went to a civil surgeon. According to the notice, one of the requirements are the completed medical examination plus the supplemental vaccines. What am I gonna do? I was planning to go to the CS with my supplemental vaccinations only and not the whole medical examination process. My medical in the Philippines was March 10, 2014 that's why it is still valid. Please enlighten me about this issue. Thanks a lot.
